Refunds
If for any reason customers are no longer willing to and/ or unable to use/ attend an event and/ or workshop and/ or training session and/ or
any other goods/ services. There are specific eligibility criteria for getting a refund, below are the situations where refunds are granted:
• Cancelling a booking with at least 3 work days notice are given to our support team.
Refunds can only be made to the bank account/ card that was used to make the purchase in the first place. The expected duration for funds
to be returned to the customers bank account no more than 2 work weeks after the request is confirmed by our support team. Medal
Consulting cannot be held responsible for any delay in the returning of any funds. As all technical aspects are managed and run by our
payment gateway provider.
Returns
Due to the nature of the Medal Consulting’s offered services, there is no eligibility criteria for returns, as we do not offer tangible items.
Exceptions
Customer is unable to attend, they may be offered the chance to postpone when they attend any given workshop and/ or training session and/
or event and/ or any other activity managed by Medal consulting, provided its regularly offered by Medal Consulting and is published on the
workshop calendar on the company website.
Definitions
• A work week is defined as working from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
