Main Tasks: Review and finalization of the local economic rehabilitation and development guide (LERD Guide) for Iraq.

Economic sectors of Iraq, provincial councils, public sector ministries of relevance.
The objective:
that this contract addresses within the LADP program is to stimulate local economic development and generate short-term and sustainable long-term employment.
Results forecasted:
The local business environment for small businesses in the three targeted areas will have improved.
- New small enterprises and cooperatives will have been established in the three targeted areas.
- To sustain the results created, a comprehensive economic development guide was developed through involvement of various stakeholders.
